would be happy to get down to 8 1/2 mm, and lose 20lbs..yes, I said 20! I am 5'4..and 135??ish. Too scared to step on that scale..and no, my clothes aren't fitting any looser! I know PLENTY of stats of women in my same condition who are at 120..and less! So, would like to gain endurance, improve my eating habits, and learn to actually "enjoy" running..because truthfully, I don't.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Perhaps actually participate in a marathon..wow, never thoguht I'd say that!
Personal:
married w/7 kids. So, time has always played a huge factor for me. One reason it would be nice to up my speed. I mean come on...for me to be running 15 miles...at 5mph...that's 3 hours of my time! And, time is not a lot that I have.

not really sure how far I went, it was a new area for me. I ran while my son was at a bday party, and was squeezing in some running. Total time was 35min.approx since I didn't have a clock.
